By submitting this request for your selected Braggables feature, you agree that you are authorised to act on behalf of the Business you wish to feature, and that all content provided by you to Braggables is legally allowed to be used in the feature(s) you are submitting for.

 

Braggables.com.au will use the content provided by you in full, or as a guide for your feature(s) and is not responsible in any way, shape or form for any misinterpretation or wrong information published. In the event that we become aware that your feature(s) should be removed for any reason (ie: copyright infringement) Braggables will not hesitate to remove such content, and will not provide a refund for any monies paid.

 

Payment of the package you have selected is due upon submission and a Paypal or other invoice will be sent to you after submission of your package information. Your feature(s) will not be locked in until payment is made, thus if payment is not made in time, you might miss out on your preferred feature date(s). We get to work as soon as your feature(s) is paid for, so cancellation of features is allowed but refund cannot be given as we would have performed the necessary work to schedule your feature(s) in. You are welcome to reschedule your submitted feature(s) if preferred, at no additional cost.

 

All content must be approved by us prior to going live on Braggables.

 

You, the advertiser, assumes all risk and agree to indemnify and hold Braggables.com.a and its parent company, Brands United Group Pty Ltd, harmless for any and all suits, claims, liabilities of any kind and damages that arise from the advertisement and any additional marketing and promotions.
