Braggables provides automated online product and brand promotion services via an independent directory. We do not:
verify the physical store locations, operating hours, or stockist details uploaded by users
operate as a customer service support channel on behalf of your brand
take responsibility for product misinformation, quality, shipping, or manufacturing issues of listed brands
guarantee moral alignment with or between listed brands
provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice
By submitting your business to the Braggables Directory (including Standard Listings, Featured Homepage Listings, and Expert Interviews), you agree to the following billing terms:
Automatic Billing: All directory listings are onboarded onto a recurring annual subscription model. Payments will be automatically deducted exactly one year from your sign-up date via our secure payment gateway (Stripe).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, your listing or expert interview page will remain live until the end of your current paid annual cycle, after which it will automatically be removed or set to draft.
Refunds: Due to the instant, automated nature of digital directory publishing, refunds are not provided for partial annual terms or forgotten renewals.
Content Rights: For the “Expert Interview” subscription tier, you are fully responsible for the text and images you submit. Braggables reserves the right to unpublish or remove any listing or interview that contains offensive, misleading, or copyrighted material without a refund.
All core design and platform content on this website – including text, layout, structural graphics, logos, and system designs – is the property of Braggables.
User Contributed Content: Brands retain ownership of the logos, text, brand images, and interview answers they upload. By uploading them, you grant Braggables a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display this material on our website and marketing channels for promotional purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any core website content without our prior written consent.

We respect your privacy. Any personal or financial information collected during directory signup, custom fields configuration, or payment processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and securely processed via Stripe. We do not sell your personal or corporate data to third-party data aggregators.
Braggables may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our directory features or pricing structures. Continued use of the website or an active subscription constitutes acceptance of any changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria in relation to any dispute arising from this website or your directory subscription.
